Excellent durable polycarbonate molds for making real chocolate. Releases easily , with high gloss if chocolate is properly tempered. If you don’t know how to temper chocolate, then either it or use only compound coating chips. With untempered chocolate, it will not release cleanly and you’ll have to wash and dry the molds before reusing.

This product is of very good quality, I have used it on several occasions and it is in perfect condition.

These polycarbonate chocolate molds are very well made. Each mold came in its own box, there are 4 molds, each with a different repeating design as shown. I was concerned about the depth of the molds as size was not stated and I didn't want dinky flat-looking truffles, but all 4 molds are the perfect depth - they are the perfect size for truffles. They release easy from the mold with a quick tap, and look so professional with correctly tempered chocolate. The molds are easily hand washed. Highly recommended.

All four trays arrived broken, and I’m not convinced they are the same material (two had a matte finish, the other two a glossy finish).

These are great for chocolate making. Besure to spray the mold with Pam or something like it before the first use or your chocolate will stick. Will last and last!

I used these for making some bon bon like filled chocolates with my partner and niece and they worked wonderfully. We were able to make some filled with marshmallow fluff, honey, and peanut butter. When they came out they were very shiny and looked professional!
