I would want to think so. Let me know

I would think so it dries very hard but is easy to sand or rasp to desired shape.

Q: Can this be used as chimney flashing?

I doubt that it would work well.

Q: Will a UV-C flashlight cure this product when sunlight isn't an option?

I cured mine with a uv light and it was held up wonderfully through the winter.
