First, the reviews having problems turning it on are because of user error. To turn this mug on you double-tap the button - all 3 lights come on, and then you tap again to select your desired stir time. You don't need to push hard or hold the button, and is almost certainly why other reviews are having problems. In their defense this isn't an intuitive way to turn on a product, and the instructions I received were translated poorly to English.But having two of this mug, simply do a quick little double-tap of the power button and it comes right to life.Charging is a simple USB-C connection, and I can go weeks of beverages before needing to recharge.My only complaint (and reason for 4/5 stars) is that the lid doesn't seal well - definitely don't go tipping this upside down while full as the only thing holding it to the cup is a rubber seal. It doesn't leak, but the shape of the lid is just awkward enough to drink from that you do have to wipe the side of the lid occasionally.

In order to turn mug on/off you hold for 2 sec then swipe the switch, to change modes just swipe....switch does not depress...and there are no different speeds..only different modes all the same speed...

Works great. Good size. You double tap the button to turn on and long press to turn off. My instructions said long press to turn on. I think this could account for some of the reviews.

Works with coffee only don't expect to mix your protein powder or chocolate milk with it plus its a little small inside its mostly all motor but for coffee pefect

I have been throughly enjoying my cup until my cat knocked it off the counter. Now the motor no longer works.

Got this for a Christmas present. They loved it.

This is a great idea, good size, but terrible quality overall. The button to turn it is the worst! I feel like a monkey tapping the thing for a good minute in multiple spots trying to get it to turn on, until it finally lights up…you put it on 30s and it goes for a minute, 60s and it’s a 2 minute stir at least. It was a headache for the time I had it before it broke? I can’t get it to turn on again after charging (4 weeks). I use a coffee alternative so if anyone knows a better quality one please let me know.

I received my order on March 17, 2023. I almost returned this product because it is hard to make it turn on as the instruction says long press to turn it on. I also ordered another magnetic stirring cup by HIERTAOP with the instruction of double tapping the power button to turn it on. I tried the same double tap on this cup by Zaldia and it works perfectly. The The maker should correct all the printed operating instruction on how to turn on this cup. I see now on the online instruction that it is a double tap to turn it on. What I like with this cup is, it is spill proof. the lid and the sipping lid have a good silicon rubber seal. The sipping plug also have a second smaller hole to provided air inlet to prevent vacuuming the cup while sipping. The different stirring time option is also a great feature. It is easy to clean too, no deep surfaces at the bottom. Well designed cup.

Works fantastic, love it for my coffee and keeps hot. Sit out side bugs don't get in my coffee.
