Ive tried several different products to stop snoring. These are the first thing ive found that works! Only trouble is keeping them in as they tend to come out or I take them out in my sleep. I only wear them when she stays at mine, so should probably wear them more to get used to them, but I live laying on my back and snoring loads when i have the opportunity. Also, they arent very aesthetically pleasing, but its better than my Mrs strangling me in my sleep which she has said was a viable option before I got these. The plastic mesh ones aren't very comfortable. The rubber tube style ones are fine. I think they're our lasses favourite thing I've ever bought.

You get two different types in the package, and they are quite different in feel. I give an overall rating of four because I don't like the basket type. They are hard and uncomfortable - to me - so I don't use them. The solid wall type are comfier and I cut them down to fit. Either way, they really do open the airways nicely.

Waste of time, no improvement with my snoring and theyre quite uncomfortable. Ive tried various sizes in both designs and they all irritate my nasal passage with no improvement to breathing through my nose. Disappointed.

I was a bit surprised by how well these worked for me. They came in just a zip lock bag, 4 of each type and in 4 different sizes. The first type is a soft silicone, while the other is more ridged and has holes down the sides. I used largest, softer version first, and it was easy to put in place. It helped open up the skin away from the hole deep in my nose and allowed me to breath better even when I wasn't asleep. They did take a few minutes of getting used to having them in. It's not painful, it's just I was aware of them opening up the nose and being able to breath but I soon got used to that feeling. The hardest part was trying actively trying to keep my mouth closed while sleeping. I'd spent years with my mouth open as I snore, even just to get to sleep. Now I was able to fall asleep with my mouth closed and easily breath via my nose. The harder ones feel like they go a little deeper, and keep the air way open a lot more, but because they're not as soft I felt them more at the back of the nose as I started out. Again, got used to it pretty quickly. I think I actually prefer the harder ones. They don't have any discernible smell to them that my partner or I are aware of. However, our dog seems loves the smell of them and thinks I'm hiding dog toys from him. It's just something to be aware of as they are pretty small objects and our dog is as stupid as they get. I don't have anything other products that do the same job to compare it to but they're were cheap enough to buy to test out. I give them a week and to if sleep improves. Would buy again when I need replacements.

The silicone ones are nice and when i got one that fit me it really helped me sleep sounder. There's too many different sizes for me. The plastic ones with holes in are really painful to use so they're in the bin. Not worth it for only 1 that fit me right.

Not bad at all, lots of sizes and can definitely breath easier with them in place, I have a short nose so chopped one of the silicone ones down for comfort

Life saver. I have a deviated septum and this really helps me breathe at night and I even sometimes pop them in of an evening. They are really comfortable and hold shape well without causing discomfort.
