So good, but rather spendy
I have searched high and low for a replacement for Makeprem's Defense Me. Makeprem's formula used to be so very good, but they changed it to include a combination of chemical and physical sunscreens, and that absolutely ruined it. It went from my holy grail sunscreen to crapola (became shiny and greasy). So I went on the hunt for a 100% mineral sunscreen that wouldn't make me shiny and greasy, and didn't have a tint. I dislike tinted sunscreens, as they tend to be messy. I have tried several mineral sunscreens without tint and they were all shite! Until now, that is. This Dr.G sunscreen is fantastic! It only leaves the tiniest white cast. It dries down beautifully and plays well under my makeup and doesn't make me feel greasy. It even seems to help minimize pores! I think this sunscreen is slightly more drying than the old Makeprem sunscreen, but only slightly more so. The reason I have this at 4 stars is because the price is pretty high per ounce. It's more than twice as expensive, per ounce, than what I used to pay for Makeprem. That's disappointing. BTW - this listing says it is 2.69 ounces, but that is wrong. It is 1.69 ounces.

Next to no white cast
Title says it all, next to no white casting and a great size for air travel. I used to use Innisfree Forest sunscreen which had issues with white casting, but I mainly switched because I couldn't find it anymore. I can also compare it to Etude Sunprise which performed well, but they heavily perfumed making it pretty awkward for men. This alternative has no downsides.

please order korean sunscreens somewhere else
I ordered this sunscreen on amazon and on yesstyle, and the yesstyle ver. compared to this one from amazon is very different. The yesstyle ver. applies A LOT easier and I don't have to deeply rub it in for the white cast to go away. The texture of the yesstyle ver. is also smoother and leaves less of an initial whitecast. I'd order from stylevana or yesstyle to be safe.

Smells great, light coverage, use every day.
I ordered this project due to a YouTube persona that I watch. I love the smell 👃 f product makes me want to put it on every day. It will leave a white tone but I use a tinted moisturizer on top.

Perfection
I can only use mineral SPF's as I have zero luck with chemical sunscreens. This sunscreen is so lightweight and you can barely feel it on your face. The finish is a natural matte, it does not give you that sticky/greasy feeling at all. It doesn't make your face feel dry or dehydrated at all. The white case is barely visible (my skin tone is light-medium). For those with darker skin tones, this will give you a white cast.

Love it!
I was using Paula’s Choice but it was just too pricey. This is great under make and the slight white tint makes my skin look for even toned. I love that is is a mineral sunscreen with zinc. Just what I was looking for. This is definitely my go to sunscreen and makeup primer!

Favorite mineral sunscreen
So glad I tried this sunscreen. Best zinc oxide sunscreen I've tried so far for my combination skin type. This makes my skin look hydrated but yet it's not oily! minimizes tue appearance of my fine lines since it doesn't look dry on my skin. The key to minera sunscreen is to run in well and let it sink in 20 mins at least to let the white cast minimize. I don't see white cast on my skin tone when I do this.

The white cast is crazy... Not moisturizing enough... Not purchasing it again... EVER!
Honest Review: I saw a lot of reviews and videos about this and how it will protect the skin and this is probaby the only thing his sunscreen is great for (it will definetly protect but the other cons make it the worst). The applying is very uncomfortable and takes a long time because It has a solid/strong white cast that actually shows and I do not like it at all. it is more like makeup, to be honest, and I am not here for it. As a man, I hated the after-feeling it leaves. It feels like it's not moisturizing at all and it's hard to spread over the face. More like a physical exfoliator than sunscree. You actually need to stay like 5 minutes trying to make the whitecast disaapear. Not buying again and will get a redund.
