Always go up another size because these shirts fit very very tight and snug and hug unpleasant place. Lol

How would the color match an olive skin tone?

It would match well. The shirt is on the darker side - at least mine is. I did see someone last week wearing one and I would swear it was real. The key is he had a necklace around his neck so you could not see the shirt-neck line. I actually had to go talk to him.
