How long do they last til they’re no good? I assume you would have to freeze them

They come in packages of 24, so I put one in fridge rest in freezer

Can you freeze these?

They freeze very well in my experience I do put them in an additional bag to try to eliminate the chance of freezer burn. For me I found thawing from freezer to fridge the best method, I tried to force thaw faster in a rush one day and going from freezer to room temp for thawing tends to create too much condensation and then they get soggy.

What is the small round plastic blue thing in my package
