Loved at first, but they keep breaking.
I'm so sad about these. I bought light pink pair back in march and they worked so well. They are comfy and don't tangle and have good sound quality. I use the mic frequently and the other person can always hear me very well. The remote is simple and convienient. It comes with a little clip to hold the cord in place. I LOVED these.But then my first ones broke after about three months. The audio started cutting out, and I'd have to mess with the cord to hear anything. Then they went out completely. I bought a second pair. I figured maybe I was just unlucky. Again, I loved them...but they only worked for about two weeks this time. Then yesterday, they went out on me again. In the exact same way. I don't put a lot of stress on the cord either, it always has tons of slack.So I am giving them 2 stars. If they fix that problem, these would be perfect. But until then, I will be returning my second pair and looking for another brand.EDIT: Seller has reached out to me and offered to send me another replacement pair for free. I am more than willing to try again, because I really like these headphones! So I'll be editing my review to a 4 star for now, due to the awesomeness of theee headphones, and their friendly and helpful customer support.

Good ear buds. They do not twist and get tangled. However, I ordered blue and got pink.

Broke after 1 month
I have to say that I've rarely given a bad rating on an item I've bought on Amazon. This item worked beautifully with good sound. I mainly bought these to pick up calls on my smartphone. One day literally after the Amazon return expired, they broke! I have had these for just 30 days and unfortunately I can't return or exchange them in case I got a bad pair. Not happy at all. 😔
