I have ordered this book so that I can use it to take it with my class that I'm in. Also the author of this book is also my instructor.

Author was also the instructor.
The author of this book was the class instructor. Before buying textbooks, I search for a used book or even a rental, but found none available from this author. More ironic than the instructor peddling her own book, is that the class and book are titled ETHICS and Leadership. This book is written with obvious anti-male undertones (this is a gender studies trained instructor) and made the most of belittling western leadership values as old fashioned and out of date. This fresh-out-of-doctorate-school-instructor (wrote the book for their dissertation) comes across as a little bitter towards men, and therefore cannot provide an honest, unbiased presentation of true leadership. There are too many good ethics in leadership books available to really give this one a fighting chance in the free market. The authors arguments were all too transparent and short-sighted.

There are some typos in this book. I don't ...
There are several grammatical errors in this book, and some of the wording is hard to understand. I don't think it is worth the price I had to pay for it, but I needed it for a class and could not find a used copy or a rental. I hope Amazon will buy it back from me after the class ends so I can get some of my money back.
