This is my third purchase if this inverter. Works well on my boat. Last one died after 3 years. For the price there’s nothing even close.

The cable looked like it was fair quality, unfortunately I purchased 6 feet so that I could make 2 or more shorter cables. Once I cut the cables to crimp my lugs on, I was quite surprised to find this is actually 4AWG cable, not 0 gauge. Now I'm out the purchase and still have to purchase the gauge I need (from someone else, of course). Maybe it was an honest mistake, dunno, but I'm out the dough AND the cable. It can not handle the current need in my application. Very disappointed.

Bends like a piece of thread probably because it's hundreds of tiny threads of wire. I've worked with wire for years and this is this worst I have seen. Oh and copper is copper in color. This crap is silver. False advertising is illegal where I'm from.

I needed to make several cables from these 6 foot lengths. As soon as I cut the first cable I saw that these are 4 AWG in an extra thick jacket. Do not buy these.

Does this look like copper stranded wire to you? You could argue it's tinned copper but I seriously doubt it. Looks nothing like the images in the listing images. This cable is 8wg but floppy like a noodle. My guess is that it is aluminum. Buyer BEWARE!

Dont waste your money like I did. The reviews are all correct. These are not 0 awg cables. When I cut it it is very clearly 4 awg at best. The rubber see thru coating is very thick, very deceptive. There are no ratings values anywhere, a good cable will have amps or volts ratings on cable. I threw mine away. Found much better elsewhere. Fire hazard !!

Ordered the 2 AWG size. The copper in the cables is about half the cross-section of real 2 AWG wire. The insulation is very thick, but is soft and transparent, like speaker wire or lamp cord. There is no voltage or temperature rating marked on the wire, nor any standards approvals. For my installation, I had to cut one end off the cables, so could not return them, but have replaced them with cables made from proper wire since I did not feel comfortable leaving these installed.
