It went together very easy. We set the engine on the track, it ran well....then it fell apart.As soon as we hooked up the cars to it and tried to run it a second time, nothing happened. Engine motor turns, train don't move and the lights on the train flicker, and the lighted fast track flickers.We took the cars back off and tried it again and nothing. Train doesn't move. Extremely disappointed, and it was a Christmas present.
