Had fun with it!
It was okay for what I needed it. You gotta be careful tho, cause it seems like it can break easily. Other than that, the range was what I needed and it's pretty easy to load. Doesn't weigh too much.

Works great on bully cats...
i maintain a small feral colony at the back of my neighborhood, mainly females and their kittens. the friendly ones get brought home and adopted out. occasionally we have a few male cats that were part of the colony as kittens, come back and bully/ beat up the younger males that haven't left their mothers yet, so this works great as a non violent way to get rid of them (at least temporarily) as it will dump almost a quart of water 25 feet away in 2 seconds flat! i can still see the surprise on the first one to get soaked's face when he knew i couldn't chase him, so he kept advancing towards a young one we call "Toes" (black male with white toes on all 4 feet) until he got blasted from about 15 feet away, almost seemed like all the other cats were laughing at him by the looks on their faces...

Does not squirt 70 ft
Don't believe the 70 ft. Maybe 45 tops. I bought this to disperse algaecide chemicals in my pond from the shoreline. It will help somewhat but the 70 ft would have helped more. The top Barrel where the plunger is screws off for cleaning. The bottom part where the nozzle is is glued on. Someone else here did a modification which I will attempt to make the nozzle smaller so it will spray farther. But there's no way in hell this thing will squirt 70 ft without modifications.

More than toy. Useful for Hot Tub maintenance
We have a hot tub that won't drain completely. there's always big puddle left in the contours of the seats and at the bottom, because the drain is not flush with the floor. Some people use a shop vac to remove these last puddles, but I wanted something simple without cords or the weight of a vacuum unit. This water shooter seemed a little $$$ for what I wanted, but it also looked sturdier than a toy, so gave it a try. It worked perfectly! I could stand on the outside of the tub and reach every puddle to completely remove all the old water. I withdrew the water like a syringe and shot it into a pail. Took only minutes compared to fussing with electric cords, outside outlets or unwieldy vacuum hoses that tip the vac over. So handy !

Purchased 2 Stream Machines. Faulty- Neither work.
The 2 Stream Machines from Water Sports LLC purchased in Feb are total junk, and unusable. One filled up with water completely but when testing outside I shot water upward toward a tree and it went only about 10 ft but was already leaking water out from top to bottom while testing it.The other one couldn’t be filled up- so I took it outdoors and was able to draw some water from a bucket but it still wouldn’t fill completely and all the water poured out immediately as I tried to push the handle so it was unusable from the first try. .I have called the company 2 different times and left msgs and no one has called, txted or emailed back. I was hoping they could give me some help and or tell me how to possibly “fix” the issue before returning to Amazon but that did not happenedI purchased two of these a year or so ago. I believe it was the same company- anyway I used them for a couple years with no problem at all. These two Stream Machines are definitely defective. If these had been inspected they wouldn’t pass. Maybe I will find another company who will also have good customer service, so Buyer beware. Finally I called Amazon and of course they took care of issuing a refund immediately. From my experience, Amazon will always work with their customers to be sure any issues are addressed and resolved quickly
