iscream Genuine ICEE at Home Old Fashioned Milkshake Perfectly Blended Drink Maker for Your Favorite MIlk Drinks

I will state that I bought this locally and not on Amazon, but this thing needs a review. First of all, it's called a "milkshake maker," but it doesn't make milkshakes! All you can put in it is syrup and milk, so it's really just an expensive flavored milk machine. The booklet even tells you not to use "non-liquid" ingredients, and ice cream is not liquid, so you have to leave out a major ingredient of an actual milkshake. The other thing is that it tells you to use Icee syrup, but that is not included (which this listing does make note of but it's not stated on the box). Also, the idea of Icee of flavored milk is honestly just disgusting but that's my personal opinion.

I bought this as a gift for my grandchildren and it does work making milk shakes, I've even put crushed Oreos, syrup and Carmel in and so far no problems, cleaning can be a hassle because the pieces do not come apart to wash separately I just rinse it once unplugged. Sometimes it makes a burnt smell I suppose from the fan, like a hair dryer smell so I don't push it past that and unplug it. I notice that the ice cream with milk at bottom the ice cream stays at top, and after a minute it will start to mix together, it takes a bit and it's not as strong as other brands I've used, for much cheaper I might add. I bought this because of the name, so far I'm happy with it.

Was a great gift for my 6 year old daughter, but only worked through a single use. Very cheap and would not reommend.

Returned as one has to buy syrups to make the shakes.

Vibrates right off the counter. Stainless cup doesn't clip into holding bracket. Mixing wand does not come off for cleaning.Sent it back. Disappointed
