I'm 6ft 280 , these work great. They really balance out the weight distribution and are very streamline and not bulky. When used with regular belt keepers this makes a world of difference.UPDATE 04/11/2019I have ordered this unit in 48" twice for myself. And today I ordered the 42" for a coworker. I wear this with an inner vest over my uniform and sometimes with an external carrier, obviously under the carrier. I love it. My lower back, hips and even my feet feel so much better. The presentation is still professional compared to the "front to back" strap styles I've tried from other companies. The elastic wears out over about 2 years and doesn't support as strong as when it is new, but $30 every 2 years is WELL worth it for these. I spent 8 years on the job without this and the past 3 years with it have been so much better than before. I plan on being a career long customer. Thanks!Update 03/02/21My department got rid of external carriers, unfortunately. I now wear this over my vest, under my uniform and the radio cable holes in our new uniforms (between belt line and armpit) allow me to wear this without anyone noticing. Links directly up with the keeper loop after I tug the clip through the hole. Still an amazing tool for law enforcement. Thanks!

The suspender hooks can come out of the pre-made holes in the sides of the shirt made for wires. Actually works good, though sometimes the hook latches on to the shirt (as pictured) and pulls it a bit askew. The straps are all stretchy material, which makes them comfortable, but doesn't quite provide enough support to really hold up a 14 lb gun belt and your pants on top of that. Good overall, and the beat ones I've found yet for undershirt use.

Product would work if you don't have a heavy duty belt. Also the ideal locations for placing the rings are occupied by equipment on my belt, like my sidearm. Not things you can move really. Quality of the product is good, it just has too much stretch in the elastic. And adjusting to try and take it out pulled the straps uncomfortably into my arm pits. Like the product, but it just doesn't work for a real duty belt.

They kept the plumbers “issues” covered! Excellent for keeps your pants in place!
