I bought this Dec. 1, 2023. I always make a mess, so it takes me a while to get cooking. My health is in issue, so I waited. Yup. This is worth the effort. It is hot, but not too hot. So many times, something is hot without flavor. This has both heat and flavor. I am trying not to eat more. Love it! Makes me feel like I am a good cook.

This definitely has a kick to it! I used it to fry chicken strips and they fried up nicely but were spicier than I prefer. If you like spicy flavors you will like this…! I didn’t follow the directions. I just used this dry to toss chicken in like I would use flour.
