Works great
I wasn’t sure if this would work but it’s really simple. It’s a USB and has easy directions to follow based on the type of computer you have. Just need to be able to understand and follow directions to do. No major tech experience necessary. I have a Compaq with windows 7 and it unlocked my account and removed my forgotten password for me!

It doesn't work.
Was supposed to be a USB drive to reset password. Nothing happened. Says it not a password reset usb

Works for me
For over 1-1/2 years, I was locked out of an HP laptop using Windows 7 and didn't have a re-boot disc. I inserted the Password Rest Pro (embossed with "EZIT" on it) USB drive and followed the directions for Windows 7 users. I really can't say what happened, but it works. Took me about 20 minutes. I followed the directions and then the computer wasn't quite agreeing with the directions. Somehow, I then searched for a log-in and I found a place where it asked me if I wanted to sign in as administrator. I chose YES. Then it asked if I wanted to delete the password. I chose YES. I would say that you should try this. If it confuses you, contact the makers of the device or get help from someone more savvy than yourself. It turned out to be simple for me and I hope it is for you. In any event, I am sure this solution saved me $$$.

もう少し良いと思ったのに
もっと簡単に解除できると思ったが、なんとかできた。Windows 10が通常でログインできませんと「エラー」となり四苦八苦し、色々試したが埒が明かないので、当該ソフトを購入したが、よく分からずに試して約Ⅰか月が経過し、なぜだか「管理者権限」でならログインが出来た。よく分からず困ったものだ。
