How much vitamin c is in this

Hey Sabrina, thanks for your question. Each liquid collagen sachet contains 40mg of Vitamin C, which is 50% of your RDA.

Do you need to refrigerate the sachets? I’ve been taking them for nearly 3 months and I love them! Just saw a review that said refrigerate?

There’s no need to refrigerate them however it’s a nice option if you prefer your collagen cold!

Is the fish content sustainably & ethically sources ie no shark fins etc?

Yes absolutely - we work exclusively with ethical & sustainable sources.

Is this collagen from fish skin or scales?

Free Soul Collagen utilises scales - this is because the peptide molecules from scales are smaller & hence more easily absorbed.
