Fits older models that had a white ceramic insert!
I have a fairly older model of the All-Clad slow cooker. Mine had a white ceramic insert. After reading reviews that this probably wouldn’t fit an older model, I reached out to All-Clad customer service and they sent me a link to a webpage containing replacement parts for my slow cooker. This black ceramic insert was listed as the replacement. It arrived in great packaging. It is slightly less shallow than the original, but fits in the cooker and works! My lid fit too! So if you have an original ceramic insert cooker, this part fits and works like the original one!

Perfect replacement for my All-Clad slow cooker!
Needed to replace my peeling, non-stick metal insert that came with my All-Clad electric slow cooker! This fit the bill perfectly! After reading all of the reviews pretty much AND reading all of the answered questions and their responses I felt confident that this would work. Who wants to eat from a peeling non-stick metal pot? Not me! I stopped using my slow cooker because of that issue. After searching for awhile and looking on the All-Clad website I figured this was my best option. Even though it’s not a “true” All-Clad product it fit perfectly on my unit. The lid is a bit wobbly and slides around like people mention but that can be easily fixed with some aluminum foil around the lip IF you don’t want the lid to move as easily. Keep in mind you’ll be going from a metal insert to a stoneware insert, so the cooking times etc. may vary with the new conduction. We shall see! My All-Clad is a model number 99005, or SC01.

Exactly what I needed
I had purchased my All-Clad slow cooker years ago... within the first month of use, I had a hairline crack form in the glaze which took years to get to a point where it was through the entire insert.... Why why why did I wait so long... This replacement is fantastic!

Better than the original
Perfect fit for the all-clad slow cooker crock pot. My original was 14 years old and came with the metal/Teflon insert which is now considered hazardous and illegal. Very happy to replace it with this ceramic piece. I can now use metal spoons and cut food right in the dish without worrying about scratching a ptfe coating. All told, better than brand new. Well done!

It’s expensive to handle care
Love it. It can hold a lot.

All-Clad Replacement Ceramic Insert
Purchased to replace original metal (aluminum) insert. The coating on the original was starting to bubble. This insert fits and works. Of course, one can't use this one on the stove top like the original.Wasn't sure it would work because it didn't fit as well as the original and the lid doesn't fit as snugly, so I suspect some heat loss. However, bottom line is that it works.

Come on All-Clad!
While the product appears to be good I have one problem with All-Clad replacement parts! The price is ridiculous! All-Clad uses proprietary replacement parts...NO WAY is this replacement crock for my $$$$ All-Clad slow cooker worth the price they charge...but since the crock developed a huge crack along the bottom I had no choice but to replace it with their crock. While I love their pots and pans...I will never buy their electrics again!

Can All clan be this bad? Do they truly not understand that accidents happen ...
Awful. Agree with all those that say they must have a 7 quart cooker and this is too small. Glass cover does not fit correctly. Cannot even be sure if the insert is correctly touching the heating device in the bottom of the cooker. Shipping it back. Can All clan be this bad? Do they truly not understand that accidents happen and if you need to replace the ceramic insert.....you can't if you have the 7 quart model.
