EXCELLENT MACHINE
Very much useful and attractive and good working chimney. The voice control function is amazing. The motion control is excellent. The touch control is very good. But the quality of the material that is the build quality the metal sheet is very thin like thick paper and not regid. Otherwise the best product.

Sound from hydraulic system. No response from maplin. Poor service, Don't buy this product
We have installed the new chimney with voice control today with a local technician.when we on the plug some sound is coming from hydrolic side for some time.then it will stop.when we are switching off, the same sound will repeat.why this sound is coming.why?

Nice chimney and all things working properly
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this chimney for 5 months and functioning smooth , no problem at all.It is value for money , noise level also very good and satisfactory.
