Item came in a broken bottle with shattered glass mixed in throughout the pills. Pills are the best I can find so far that are kosher. I mix them with a multi just vitamins and calcium pill both from solgar. Would be nice if Solgar made one product that had all crucial vitamins and minerals in it that was also kosher.

According to Amazon, a one star means I hate the product. And I do hate it. Despite Solgar producing what appears to be a top quality product with vegan fillers and the best mineral composite, i.e. chelated amino glycinates, I rate this product one star because it cause unbelievable diarrhea. In all fairness, these Chelated Solamins Multiminerals probably beat all other mineral supplements hands down, for the person whose digestive system can handle it. Unfortunately, mine can't so I hate it and had to give it one star. It's bitter and sweet. I wanted to love the product, but ended up hating it. So to make things sound nicer, I highly recommend them unless mineral supplements cause you digestive problems, because these will too.

These are great. I have intermittently had hypocalcaemia (low calcium) and I was also concerned about my iron intake as I don’t eat meat. I already take a multivitamin (with multi minerals) but such products typically contain less than 10% of the recommended amount of the minerals needed. So these are an excellent option to keep iron and calcium levels up. They contain the right proportions of magnesium to calcium which is important, for the balance of both. Because these are chelated, they don’t even need to be taken with a meal theoretically although they are better taken with some food. I was able to keep my blood levels up, and correct with these tablets of calcium and magnesium, and keep my anaemia at bay, even though I was barely eating for a lot of last year, due to health problems. (I was taking as much nourishment as I could but often just a protein shake, smoothies or thin soup.) My calcium had got low from not eating enough and these tablets totally fixed me. 😊 Chelated multi minerals are not easy to find and tend to be very expensive. These were the best value option I could find for me and buying from Amazon worked out cheaper than other sources. I hope they never stop selling these because I may need them again. Thank you Solgar for making such a great product and thank you Amazon for selling them at such a good price. 😊

Two things I like about this. The first is the quality of solgar minerals. They are almost unique in providing a good balance of minerals without compromise. You need to take three fairly large tablets a day. But it is not possible to get a proper dose of minerals with smaller tablets. especially calcium and mangnesium, This stuff is bulky.The second thing I liked was the fact that the product was not near the use by date. and it was 180 tabs., not a mislabelled 90 tab bottle. At this price I assumed it must be one or the other. Nope. Super cheap. Will be stocking up on these!

I thought I had found the perfect Chelated Mineral supplement until one day I spotted a warning on the label - "Long term intake of this dose of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue". Come on Solgar, why put 200% of the EU daily recommendation when you KNOW that this can cause severe health problems (I suggest you research online)???? Why not drop it to 100% or lower? I HAD put this on repeat order but I will now be looking for an alternative product.
