Amazing Document scanner for business use

Después de escanear dolorosamente lento en la computadora y la impresora, compré este dispositivo. Estoy emocionado. Los archivos a escanear se introducen rápidamente, es posible escanear una página por delante y por detrás sin tener que insertarla dos veces y los escaneos son bastante finos. Encontrar la ubicación de almacenamiento adecuada o la configuración para el escaneo dúplex o simplemente escanear es un poco más complicado. Es un poco una cuestión de práctica. Pero compraría este dispositivo una y otra vez.

It's pricey, so I bought it after a lot of research. It's small and portable. It took me around 20 minutes to set it up (you have to download the software to set it up), but once it set up it's connected to my laptop wirelessly, and all you need to do is press the scan button.And behold - holy cow it's fast! And the scans are accurate! Colours are nice! And duplex (automatic).I'm very impressed. This machine is GOOD.The only caveat - if you want to scan to a 'searchable pdf' you will need to upload it to its cloud service.

Der Scanner soll im Büro diverse Dokumente, vornehmlich für die Buchhaltung, zur Ablage scannen.Auf einem Windows-PC, der zu Bürozeiten immer läuft, wurde die Software installiert. Die Software wurde so konfiguriert, dass sie PDF-Dateien in einem bestimmten Netzlaufwerk ablegt. Nach kurzer Suche in den Einstellungen konnte erreicht werden, dass die Dateien ohne User-Interaktion gespeichert werden. Ferner wurde die OCR-Option "durchsuchbare PDF-Dateien erzeugen" aktiviert, so dass der Dateiname bereits die ersten erkannten Wörter enthält, z.B. 30112022_AMAZON.pdf.Damit wird der Arbeitsablauf sehr einfach: Deckel auf, Dokument oder Stapel rein, Taste drücken. Ein paar Sekunden nach dem Scannen kann auf einem Arbeitsplatz-PC über Netzwerk die PDF-Datei geöffnet werden.Vorteile:+ Sehr kleiner Platzverbrauch+ Mit einer Taste scannen+ Sehr schnell+ Deckel hält Staub fern und dient zum Einschalten+ Liest auch Kassenbons ein+ Durch WLAN kann Scanner auf einem Tisch fern vom PC platziert werden+ Scannen ohne Interaktion am PC möglich, daher sehr einfach+ Dreht Seiten automatisch, egal, wenn man sie auf Kopf eingelegt hat+ Leerseiten werden automatisch entferntNachteile:- Die Software läuft nicht auf einem PC ohne Monitor. Erst wenn über Remote-Desktop geöffnet, läuft die SWOb und wie in die Cloud gespeichert werden kann, habe ich (noch) nicht getestet.Fazit: Wenn einmal eingerichtet, dann ist der Scanner extrem einfach und effizient zu betreiben. Genau das, was wir für unseren relativ einfachen Einsatzbereich benötigen.

We used previously ScanSnap and today we are planning to move to a new place. We sorted out at lot of documents (both for work and home). We scanned whose we want to keep and threw out the rest. ScanSnap iX1300 is a very practical tool that met our expectations. Easy to install. Easy to use. Fast. Small. Powerful. Wireless.
