How many ply is each individual swab? Is it 4 ply?

Very thin ,but soft,,no bits come off them ,used them for cleaning a wound near eye

Are they individually wrapped?

No, they are a bit like a box of tissues, Very good value for money. I use them for washing VERY sensitive skin where a face flannel / cloth or anything with ridges is like sandpaper on the skin / wound. I hope that this helps.
