This product, as many other relies on consistent proper use to see results over a period of time. I used for 2 months before falling out of the habit. The beard roller is best used when clean shaven, or low stuble. The beard oil has a pleasant smell, and applies easily. (must wash hands with soap after use).I am sure others have found this product more beneficial, but I no longer see much value in it for my life. My beard has thickened over time, but again, hard to determine any connection with the product.

I bought this as a gift for a special someone, an he loves it, the smell is amazing...he definitely has notice a difference in his beard with using this product
