Boom Swimmer Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Green)

While advertising something as waterproof is a bit of a bugbear of mine, when what they mean (and say in the description) is it's water resistant, I've got to say... this thing is so resistant I don't mind too much. I have it on the railing by the steps into my pool. It hangs down well, it gets danged loud, and doesn't get distorted. The quality is quite good.I'm a recording musician with fancy PC speakers and two pairs of >$100 headphones. This speaker is not that, obviously. But it's more than good enough for something to listen to music and podcasts on while swimming and relaxing in the pool. Music sounds good, with the bass only a little weak, but not nearly as much as I expected from a cheap speaker, and perfectly audible. And also not Beats.And I dropped it in the pool to three feet and it worked perfectly after, so I'm quite happy.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and just received feedback. She is very happy with this speaker, it does what is stated and she couldn't be happier. The only thing would be that it cuts out on occasion but that might be due to the wall or walls since she leaves her phone/MBPr in the other room while showering and the speaker is in the shower. The sound is great and battery life is as expected.

Bought the BOOM Swimmer for an inner tube trip on the river. It didn't disappoint! We locked the iPhone in a waterproof container and listened to 3 hours of non-stop tunes. The speaker took a few plunges and kept on working. With wifi and cellular data turned off it hardly used any battery on the iPhone, I'd definitely recommend this product!

I bought it from the AT&T store and loved it ! It was the best speaker ever, all my friends would use my speakers becasuse of the base and the sound for such a tiny speaker, not to mention you could jam out in the shower! then it was stolen so I decided to see if Amazon sold it and they did, it said by BOOM which is who made my last speaker so I thought it would be the same, it sucked. I had it for less than a month and it broke. the rubbery material on the outside like stretched letting water into the speaker and it broke. I had my REAL one for 9 months and never broke on me, this is a piece of crap and it is not the real one !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this little swimmer and the good sound that comes out. Only wish is that it didn't need to be so close to my phone to work.

I’ve used this for over a year and still is my favorite speaker for bath/shower time! Battery time is still great as well!

Bought way back in June 2014. It is now August 7, 2015 and it is still going strong. Other speakers I have purchased in the past did not have this long of a life. i am very satisfied with the quality.

Girlfriend loves it!! She cooks with it in the kitchen every weekend. Great bang for the buck!
