Great for bloat!
I bought this because I have had almost constant bloating for weeks. I started feeling better on day 2! Very happy with this probiotic.

Easy to swallow. Can’t say for sure it’s made any difference but can’t hurt to keep taking! There’s no taste to it.

Good ingredients, fast acting, affordable compared to others that work
Been taking this for about a week now. Its effective. And affordable compared to that $60-$80 ones I was purchasing for refrigeration. No taste for the capsules and easy to swallow but I don’t struggle to swallow most pills. You need to drink plenty of water with it though. And if you haven’t gone #2 in a long time.. stop acting shocked that you’re having abdominal pain when ALL the demons are lining up to leave through your booty. I’ve had ibs my whole life. Try warm drinks or compress for your stomach. Sometimes a cold compress actually helps the pain more. Broth. Soup. A very delicate belly rub. Just take your probiotics and drink water!!!!

Highly effective against UTIs in my case

Gut relief comes in THIS bottle!
My doctor recommended this probiotic to counteract the effects of antibiotic use. It has been an amazing help, and I am so grateful that they were easy to order and were delivered without any issue. My gut feels much better, and I am not tethered to any restroom! While they aren't cheap, they are worth every penny!
