This works! I have tried and had so many things recommended, but this otc works best for the value. I noticed a better digestion and more regular schedule after taking for a few weeks.

I’ve tried all of the varieties of align probiotics
I have tried all of the varieties of the align probiotics. I did not realize this time I ordered one for vaginal wellness, so I laughed when I got it. I use them primarily for bloating, gas and digestion. This last bottle I got works just as well as the others. There is one small drawback to them, in that it does keep you regular but sometimes it makes your stool very watery. Not all the time, and I will stick with align probiotics, because I would rather be regular. So far, this is the only brand product. I have tried that is consistent in how it works.
