None of these mentioned the author, David Lewman. David Lewman? Why did that name ring a bell. I went to Google and realised this is the writer of the joke books we used to read my son. And, these same books my niece and nephew were enjoying last time they slept over. The books they particularly loved and laughed with were the Sponge Bob, Rugrats, Jimmy Neutron joke books. I also realised I have two of his Before I Was Your Age books in my library. Very inspiring!! Did you know Mr. Lewman has written over 140 books for young readers starring such well-known characters as SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Minions, and the Trolls? He has also written and story-edited animated shows for Nickelodeon, Disney, Comedy Central, and Cartoon Network. David Lewman’s comedic talent, wit, use of puns,and his ability to relate to the demographics of his audience shines in Before the Batman. Who better to write for The Riddler? Whoops. I don’t want to ruin it by referencing specific quotes, but “Don’t be an Edward.” Buy a copy today.

The book arrived in perfect condition! The hardcover makes it look even better. The poster is inside the book, as it's the last page. I will show you how it looks in the pictures. The original story is quite intriguing and does tie in well with the movie. I read the whole book in two days and wish the story was longer.

Eine rundum schlüssige Einleitung zum Film. Ist natürlich noch auf ENGLISCH! Hat meine Vorfreude (heute 1 Woche vor der Filmpremiere) noch mehr gesteigert. Klasse zusatzmaterial.

This is a great novel to read if you want to learn about Bruce's backstory that leads up to the film. This novel is not too long; however, I enjoyed reading it.
