Very recomendable
The best I ever have had. To cook in these pan is a pleasure. I don't have to use too much oil. The meat comes up golden and the omelette slides very easy from the pan. It worth while to spent money on these pans. I bought the three sizes for my niece and my self.

The size is perfect, especially for someone living alone.
I liked that it was easy to clean. It is convenient that the handle is long so I can use both hands to lift it since I have weakness in my hands. I have only had this a short times but have used it 8-10 times and was pleased with the results. I think it is one of the best pans I've ever had.

Best for the money
High quality. Eggs won’t stick. That’s the true test. I choose this as a keeper because it’s truly non stick and has a different coating called diamond something which looks very durable but a Big Plus for me was that there were not steal or aluminum buttons on the inside to secure the handle. Food would always stick to those so it it was a bother to clean well and would have to use my thumb nail to clean it close. No worries with this pan! As with any non-stick, do not place it in the sink to soak because if you put silverware in it, it can get scratched. Clean it right away, separately. I have scratches on it and intend to keep it that way for years. I use a black curved silicone spatula with a wooden handle with it. Just a dab of oil before breaking the eggs.

Want a Perfect Pan?
If you want the ideal frying pan, this is it! After much research, I bought the Swiss Diamond frying pan, mainly for frying eggs and grilling cheese sandwiches. My old frying pan had scratches on its surface, and I was concerned about consuming harmful chemicals that might leach from the coating on the pan to the food. The Swiss Diamond frying pan has been everything I hoped for. The interior surface is strong and resilient, so it is very resistant to scratches. It distributes heat evenly, so scrambled eggs cook evenly and grilled sandwiches easily reach a golden brown all over. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. And so far, there are no worrisome scratches. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of this pan!

It’s good.
I’ve owned four of these over the last 8 years. They work well. They are not Scanpan but they work. Ok non stick finish. Just don’t use metal utensils.

The hands-down best non-stick
This heats perfectly evenly, cooks wonderfully, looks great, and I believe you could burn glue in this pan and it would wash out with cold water and a couple of swishes with a brush.The non-stick, which is not Teflon, covers the inside AND outside of the pan, except for the very bottom that sits on the heating element, so you don't have drips burning onto the side that won't come off. And absolutely nothing sticks to this stuff--I cook almost everything without oil or fats of any kind, and I have used one of these pans hundreds of times to brown onions, sear meat, melt (and burn) cheese, and even "fry" eggs with no oil. Nothing sticks, and everything rinses right off.The lids are tempered glass, with a valve under the center handle that lets you let off the steam or keep the pot sealed. The handles are very comfortable. I think the pans and the lids look terrific, even if they aren't highly polished stainless or chrome (and how long does that high polish last?).Two caveats, both of which are in the instructions: keep the heat below High (on an electric, the element should NEVER glow red), and make sure there are no traces of food on the pan before you use it again. Little smears that you don't quite see when you've just washed the pan, but you can see when it's completely dry, can cook onto surface and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick, and can cause discoloration. And you don't need to cook over blazing burners like they do on the TV shows--I get great results at moderate heat. Besides, I don't have a crew to clean my crusty pans when I'm finished cooking like the TV chefs do.

Exceptionally well made, allows cooking without oil, easy to clean (by hand) and will, I am sure, prove to be a “go to” pan with many years of life.

Produit de qualité, je possède déjà poêle et sauteuse.Très bonne tenue dans le temps.En cas de salissures dues à des graisses brulées, utiliser le bicarbonate de soude, comme recommandé sur le mode d'emploi.Je recommande

Premetto che avevo già utilizzato quella da 28. Eccezionale, il vero antiaderente .. non si attacca mai nulla senza utilizzare olio… la padella dopo mesi di utilizzo sembra nuova. Unica nota dolente è il peso.. abbastanza pesante ma la resa è eccezionale.

Enfin une poêle anti-adhésive qui tient ses promesses. A voir dans le temps bien entendu. Mais après qlq mois, c est toujours aussi efficace.
