The 12" Oregon bar and chain combo, part number 27792, is a 3/8" Low Profile pitch, .050" gauge cutting system. While the .050" gauge system will fit your application it will effect your battery life / cuts per charge due to cutting a wider swath through the wood, thus requiring more power from the battery.
