Got this for my daughter for a Renaissance Festival. She is 7 and this was so short and tight on her. She’s a little tall for her age but even the arms on the under dress was super tight. If you purchase this size up. It’d be nice if the black corset piece had adjustable straps. Have to have them altered

This costume has issues. My daughter is a size 7/8 so we took advice of other purchasers and got a size larger (10/12). However, it is so tight around the armpits that you would have to slide the sleeves down to your elbows to not be in pain. It would also 100% require you to buy pants, shorts, or another skirt to wear with it otherwise the child would never be able to move or bend over. But other than the obvious issues with it being too revealing for a little girl, the stupid ties have no aglets (the little knobs that you would find at the end of shoelaces), so lacing up the corset is a nightmare. You can't get the strings through the holes! But after spending a half hour doing this, the corset has a weird fit and the string won't go the whole length of the bodice. Also, the shoulder straps aren't adjustable and ours came sewn twisted. The hat is too mushy to stay on your head- it won't keep its shape at all. So, that was a disappointing nope for us.

The dress was in stains, the vest and other items were covered by hair -pet fur. It was disgusting, I washed the dress and tried my best cleaning the rest, but my daughter refused to wear it. It was just waste of money

This costume is junk! Looks can be deceiving! Both straps on the vest fell off within 30 minutes of wearing it. Now I have to sew it back together. The dress is the only decent thing about it. Wish I would have just purchased her a white dress and cute vest. Didn’t use any of the other pieces and the vest didn’t hold up. I don’t have time to get her another costume.
