I have used this shampoo for over a year and it works really well for itchy skin and hot spots. I have always purchased it directly from Evolution Pets, but decided to get it from Amazon this time. Shake it well and leave the lather on the dog for several minutes for the best results. It seems to provide immediate relief that lasts a week or more. You can wash your dogs every week to 10 days. It is not a cure for hot spots, but definitely makes my dog happy! I recommend it.

Usually in the summer time, my long haired rescued chi has had skin issues before and since becoming my baby. In fact, when she came to me she had no fur on her back at all but lots of scaley skin. Have finally come up with a solution with daily allergy pill and good quality weekly shampoo. Have tried several from the vet and finally tried this one. This works better than those from the vet and is less $$. Her fur is very soft and I like (and I think she does also) that it does not have an overwhelming perfumie odor. Has it cured her skin issues?? No, but it does control it. Won't hurt for you to be also give it a try.

This product brand is wonderful for a dog in the Texas heat! Best product for comfort of thins that animals come into contact in the country life.

Love the mint smell it gives my dog but it does not help with his issue but sure does shine his coat up nice.
