The Body Knows
The only thing to say about these vitamins is that my body feels better when I take them daily. I feel just a tad less vibrant when I skip taking them for more than two or three days. This particular supplement agrees with my body.

A vitamin that pretty much has it all
I'm 70 years old and I've been taking multiple vitamins most regularly since childhood. I've tried numerous brands over the years. I've read articles how about the vitamins or waste of money. Regardless, I keep taking them because I believe they are a small investment in my well-being and health. Looking at the ingredients on this vitamin 8 years ago, I decided to give them a try and have been using them since. I don't know exactly how they get everything listed in that little vitamin but I hope there's truth in advertising and promoting and the listing on these vitamins. This week I bought a similar vitamin and have decided to alternate taking the vitamins - one brand in the morning and the other brand in the evening. I've been very happy with nature's Way Alive ultra potency 50+.

Going all natural
So far, so good. Finally took the leap to go with natural multi vitamins. They smell different (than they counterparts), are large but easy to swallow. They definitely changed the color of my urine to a bright neon yellow but I am told that it's nothing to worry about! I will see in a few moths if they are worth the extra money.

Best one for me to date.
I only use higher quality men's multivitamins for men over 50. It seems to be the best one I have used to date. Higher dosages is not always the best for one's health. Remember, it is a supplement and not a replacement for the real thing (food). But, for a man who does not always have the time or patience to eat healthy always, I like it.
