I have use of one hand. If I pull myself up on one side/handle only, would the chair tip up?

The chair has suction pads on the feet to stick into position so I presume the answer is NO. However, it's best to try before you buy to be on the safeside.

Has anyone bought this item and if so what do they think? I am looking at buying it! Thanks.

Very sturdy and well worth the money well put together.

Does this chair Fold to put away?

No it remains as a chair. It's easy to assemble, no screws, just click and push, so if you no longer needed it you could dis-assemble to store.

How much does the chair itself weigh? Needs to be lightweight for elderly to move around?

According to the item details it weighs 7.2lbs - it is easy to move .
