Do you get just two dryers so you can dry both boots at the same time or is it just one dryer that you go back and forth on each boot?

It comes with two driers, so both boots can dry at the same time.

Is there a way to disable the heat and just let the fan run?

Yes you can, use a small screwdriver to open up the dryer, and cut one of the wires attached to the flat black rectangular plate. This is the heating element, and you just need to cut one of the wires to disconnect it.

I purchased this item on December 15th and they have stopped working. How do I retunr them?

I tried to return mine due to the same reason. I couldn't find a way to return/exchange or communicate with them after 30 days. :( Not sure if I missed a hidden avenue though.
