Tyrion Lannister Game of Thrones Legacy Collection Exclusive

I really enjoy this figure. I've recently bought all twelve of the legacy collection and decided that i should obtain the Walgreens exclusive.The only quarrel I have with this particular item is that when it arrived the case had a few dings, but nothing major.Overall, I think the collectible is a fine addition to my collection and indeed will be a fine addition to any other fan's.

I really love these Legacy figures. I bought the entire line, but some are so-so when it comes to construction. They all look amazing, but some aspects (especially accessories, swords, etc.) are flimsy and break easily. Worth the purchase, but keep some superglue handy if you're a "take 'em out and play" guy.

What are you waiting for? Stop looking at this online and buy it already! I bought this exclusive Tyrion figure for only $12, whatta steal! You better buy soon though, I've noticed that the price on this thing is steadily rising, thats probably because of the whole exclusive deal. Well anyways, I really do love this figure and would definitely recommend to any GØT fan or Peter Dinklage fan. In my opinion it is far better than the original series 1 release of Tyrion (in the Battle of Blackwater armor). The face sculpt on this exclusive Tyrion is nearly spot on to the actor, much closer than the original figure. Also the hair looks nicer, and the Hand of the King outfit is a far more streamline look for Tyrion. Honestly, it would have made more sense for Funko to have released this figure as the original and the armor version as the exclusive, but maybe thats just me. With all the positive things I have to say about this figure there are still the potential flaws that you may run into that has pretty much plagued the whole series thusfar. For example, my figure came with some really stiff joints, but that wasnt enough for me to drop a star. I just put the joints in some hot water and within minutes i was able to move the joints as desired. But that was really the only fault I came across with my figure, and after hearing of other people's unfortunate run-ins with their figure having two left feet or mismatched arms and of course a sloppy paint application, I was much more than pleased with my figure. I'd say it's a near perfect figure when you take all of the possible faults I could have had into consideration. So now that I've given you the 'pros and cons' of the figure, I have nothing left but to leave you to make your decision and my 5 star rating. If you want a Tyrion, I'd say this is the one to get.

Here we have a Walgreen’s exclusive Funko Legacy Game of Thrones Tyrion Lannister in Hand of the King outfit. This figure can be found at one of your many local Walgreen’s (though none in my town seem to have it, nor does the Walgreen’s website sell this, lame… super lame) for about $19.99. We get what appears to be the same head sculpt of Tyrion that we got on the original wave 1 release when he was in his armor for the Battle of Blackwater Bay. Though his hair and stubble have been repainted in a much better and more accurate depiction of actor Peter Dinklage who plays Tyrion. This is easily one of the best Game of Thrones figures Funko has produced. We get the Tyrion we all wanted in a less scene specific costume than the battle ready version, and we also get a new accessory. On his right side, Tyrion has a sheath on his belt for the dagger he comes with. Aside from the newer and better head, and new accessory, we also get a whole new body. Everything about this figure is new. They even sculpted brand new hands with rings on them. I love that there are no reused or recycled parts on this figure other than the head. The articulation is on par with what we have gotten from the other Funko Legacy figures, there are the same quality control issues that have plagued the whole line, i.e. sloppy paint, loose/stiff joints and fragile hinges in certain articulated spots. As an action figure collector, I love exclusive figures. As a Game of Thrones fan and Tyrion fan, I love this figure. It’s the Tyrion figure fans wanted. This comes FULLY APPROVED.

Item has a broken arm which was glued back incorrectly. This incident obviously defeats the purpose of a collectible. Deceitful practice gives this a 1 star.
