Purrfect Paris (The Mysteries of Max Book 51)

This was such an interesting adventure in Paris. Odelia handling interviewing suspects where she had no authority just her determination and Max, Dooley and Chase when he wasn't at his police conference. A surprising ending!

Off to Paris! France that is, not Texas or any other State. Chase is going to give a speech at a Police Conference. Of course, Odelila went with him as did Max and Dooley.Of course there is a murder and an innocent goes to a Paris prison. The person in jail thinks a close relative committed the crime and doesn't care about the arrest! That leaves it up to Odelia, Max, Dooley and Chase. Chase can't help much, what with being in a foreign country, not to mention the Conference.Dooley falls in love with the beautiful cat that lives at the hotel. Which distracts him from the case.To further complicate matters there is also a Cat Burglar on the prowl at the hotel.Movie stars, directors, long lost grown children are all suspects. But, as always, Max get all the pieces together, just in time to go back home to Hampton Cove.

A fun and enjoyable read for all who love mysteries and cats and their high jinks. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

The Mysteries of Max is sooooo good! I live each and every book. I just love little Dooley; he’s such a little sweetie, and Max is so very smart. These books are great! I can’t wait for the next one!!! Read them starting with # 1 you’ll live them to!!!🐈

Liked that is was just Max and Dooley and of course their 2 humans. Would like to that Dooley might get a girl friend. Have fecommended these books to my friends because the stories are funny . No swear words just good clean reading.

Set in Paris Chase, Olivia, Max an Dooley take on murder investigation for the hotel manager. The cops felt they had the murderer so were not looking. Of course M.h Max found the clue that tied it all togther. Fun book.

I think this is one of Max’s best. As a companion to many dogs (only 1 at this time) and cats (5 now) I love the intelligent dialogue between the cats, Odelia, and their friends Looking forward to their next adventure and maybe a girlfriend for Dooley.

As always Max comes through with the answer to who killed the actress and why. A producer is trying to resurrect his biggest hit show. His wife is accused of murder and there's a cat burger hitting the hotel. Lots of action Abe mystery.

This was a fun outing in Paris where Odelia and Chase, along with Max and Dooley, arrive for a short holiday and end up investigating a series of hotel burglaries and the murder of a former soap star. Dooley is infatuated by a local cat who helps their investigation. Nice change of scenery for this latest enjoyable murder mystery.
