Daughter loves the bag and says that it has made a big difference in carrying so many books in school. A must get for all students.

I hate this backpack. I've been using it daily for about 3 weeks and I can't stand it. The zippers get stuck constantly, the upper back area is hard and uncomfortable and there are pockets located deep in other pockets where you can't get to them. There are way too many pockets so I have to constantly search for things. God forbid I want to put something large in it because there's just not room in there since it's broken up into such a huge number of small pockets!The backpack itself is huge even with nothing in it. I used to store my backpack in an empty file drawer at work. Not possible with this behemoth. The only thing I like about this product is the adjustable elastic on the water bottle pockets on the sides.Save your money and go with any other backpack on the market because this one is just bad. I will be putting all my stuff back in my broken 10yr old eastpack as soon as I get home tonight.

I use this backpack to go to my grad school classes every week, walking 3 blocks to the T and then another 6 blocks once I get off and head to campus. It easily fits my laptop and binder and feels like I've got nothing on my back during the walk. It has a ton of different storage areas to keep all the little things like my keys, wallet and T pass. It's incredibly durable as well. Amazing bag!
