These really do work but you have to put in the work at the gym. I do an hours of walking on the treadmill 3 days a week, weights and 30 mins of cardio 3 days a week. I've seen great results. They do upset my stomach a little bit.

I bought this to help me get over a little hump and I think it is helping, although subtly. The pills are easy to take. The bottle says to take three a day, but I have just been taking one-two. And I don’t take the two together, but split them up, taking one with breakfast and one with lunch. When I took 2-3 pills together my stomach got a little upset, but spacing them out stopped that. It has helped quell my appetite a little bit. I have noticed a little difference in my physique, nothing dramatic but to be fair I am only looking for slight changes anyway. Considering I am not taking the full dose that is very pleasing. Very happy that these do not have caffeine! I drink enough caffeine as it is, so I was looking for something that is not a stimulant. I am going to continue to take and hope to see more results.
