Built to last, and no noise
Runs really quite even on start up, once up to speed and the lamp is fully warmed up; absolutely no noise at all. If your after an HID ballast on a tight budget, for a small area, or you want a back up in case a digital ballast fails, go for this one. Thing is built like a brick sh**; well bomb proof, should give you years of service.
