This is a great puzzle. Well made, and I remember seeing this in school when I was a child, and I thought then, this was old as the images are before my time. However,these images have been used over the years such as the lion in other works and publications, also older, and anyone who has an issues get over it. It's still a great a puzzle. My only issue is the bear, it should be a monkey or a gorilla. Otherwise, I love it, and I have the schleich animals to go with them.

The colors on the puzzle pieces look faded.

These puzzles had so much potential for having, life life, realistic and clear images and that the knobs didn't cover most of the picture. I was looking forward to giving these to my daughter but my high hopes were dashed immediatly upon arrival, they are blatantly lacking in quality. The lovely images were surrounded by drill holes and un-sanded wood. Splinters all over them. Jagged teeth marks are visible from the saw blade and poorly done cutting. The fruit puzzle was better in quality and at least looked sanded but it had a messed up orange, it didn't even fit properly. I paid $50 for all four in the set and do not think it was worth it. I tried posting pictures to prove to you about the quality but they wouldnt upload. Ill keep trying in an update. decided to get a replacement of these instead of a return in the hope that i just got a bad batch but no......It seems the animal puzzles are older and with a black logo. These are the worst quality puzzles. The fruit have a coloured logo, look newer and are much better in quality with no splinters, smooth edges and no drill holes. will return all this time and buy the fruit puzzles separately.

These puzzles are so great! Good quality wood puzzles made with photos of animals and food. My two year old loves them.
