Superb product .I was on prescription medication and melatonin even then I had issues with falling asleep and getting quality sleep. After taking this product for about five days I reduced drastically allopathic sleep medications without suffering any withdrawal symptoms. The quality of sleep has also increased.

I use armmodafinil and caffeine to stay energetic and focused, thought this might help me sleep at night but did work at allJust gives a mood boost and i think my sleep quality was better 6 -7 hours of sleep kept me going otherwise i need atleast 8 hours

I wanted a product which is helpful in getting sleep. I prefere a non allopayhic product. I thought that this Ayurvedic product will be helpful but it is not effective.
