This thing sucks. It does not clean. It works in the sense it moves around but it does not clean. I had high hopes for this product that it would be like a roomba and take away the need to hand wash windows. Unfortunately that is not how it works. I waited to take it out of the package and try it out and now it’s out of the refund window. I think the concept is good but it doesn’t clean.

I was happy with the ease of use. I tried it on outside window which I cant get at due to the hight of the widow. The window was quite dirty so as it finished I could see some smearing circles from the pads. Considering it was only 18 degrees outside it did a great job. My window Is so much cleaner and if I use more often I think it will eliminate the smearing.

This robotic window cleaner is very nice and easy to use, it can rotate 360°on the surface of the window. I tried on big glass window and it was fun watching the cleaner doing its job. The window looks super clean now. I'm very happy with this purchase. I can say that this robot is absolutely worth it.

**** update 3/9/2023 ***** The company did reach out to me trying to make things right. However I've already returned the product. So I am adding 1 more star to my original rating for customer care from this company. Even thou the robot didn't meet my expectations, looks like FILY won't leave you hanging. original rating was 2 stars, now 3 stars. ________________________________________________________ Like another person mentioned that the robot is kinda buggy, meaning it doesn’t do exactly what you command it. You push the up button and the robot will go up 2 inches and start coming back down again, you push another time and it’ll keep doing same thing. This thing is more of a gimmick than anything else. Here are my negative reasons: 1) You have to carry a towel with you to wipe around where you lift the robot off the window because it leaves circle marks from the cleaning solution. Plus because of round shaped blades, it can’t clean the corners of your window, so you manually have to wipe those corners as well. 2) The robot takes a very long time to clean a panel of glass. You’ll see it in the video when I upload it thru my phone. It took around 5 mins to finish one window, and since I had to wipe the circle spot with the towel anyways, I ended up wiping the whole window again in less than 30 sec. 3) The robot doesn’t do very well on anything other than square/rectangular windows. I have a half circle window and it keep wanting to stop thinking it’s done. 4) Because the robot is suctioning all the time, I would not use it on any windows with the side that are tinted. 5) The safety tether rope was hindering the robot from going upward, it did a lot better going upward after I took that extra weight (tether rope) off. But commands were still buggy at times. 6) The length of the cord is only 11 ft long (from the cable box). So unless you only want to clean just the bottom of your second story windows, it’s not long enough to reach the top of second story windows All in all I say it’s a pass for me, unless you have money to burn on a gadget to show off. It’ll take you more than 10x longer to clean your window than a rag on a stick. Just my 2 cents.

Instruction manual is in Japanese....!!! THAT SHOUD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE. TRIED THIS MACHINE ON 3-4 WINDOWS AND IT DOES NOT MOVE PROPERLY AND FALLS OFF THE WINDOW. THE CONTROL DOESN'T WORK AS STATED AND THIS IS JUST A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY IT IS NOT IN THE RETURN TIME AND I CAN NOT RETURN.....DON'T BUY! NICE CONCEPT BUT THEY NEED TO TAKE THIS BACK TO THE DRAWIG BOARD. have contacted manufacturer with NO help!

It’s always been a headache for the 2story huge window cleaning, now this little thing solved my problem.
