I am so inspired and excited to have a system to keep a beautiful and clean home. I just finished her book in 24 hours and had jump started her routine earlier this week through the checklists on her website. Honestly, people, if you do exactly what she says, it does only take 15 minutes a day. You have to do it literally - if I hadn’t cleaned the floors on bathroom day, it would only have taken 15 minutes to do all 3 bathrooms. This is assuming that you are also not needing to clear the counters (because you do that on the daily), you’re not washing your bathroom rugs (that’s an extra for floor day), and you clean your showers when you’re in them. Dusting the entire house can also take just 15 minutes if you already declutter every day and have clean surfaces. If you have to declutter as you go (I did), it will take longer. I’m just starting to implement all of her routines but I can see if you do the 5 daily tasks every day, then the weekly tasks can take just 15 minutes a day. I love her rotating schedule. I’ve tried to break up cleaning tasks into different days of the week but her system is better. Really, separating the floors from bathrooms and vacuuming is genius so it’s less time spent each day. I love that changing sheets and towels have their own day. The catch up day and not worrying if you skip a day because it will show up again next week is also genius. I’m super excited to stay on top of this so I can use Fridays for decluttering tasks. I’ve wanted to declutter different sections of the house but always felt I needed to clean first (honestly, I did need to clean first). Also doing laundry daily is totally possible even if you’re just a two person household. We are, and on bathroom day I did a load of bathroom rugs and on dusting day I did a load of dinner placemats and the table runner - two sets of laundry I usually put off to prioritize clothes so they rarely get done. Doing laundry every day I think will result in a cleaner house, for sure. Anyway, for me this book and system are pretty life changing. My overwhelming 4 story town house (not that large in square feet but lots of stairs), as well as my pregnancy fatigue had pretty much paralyzed me from cleaning, but this system is super motivating so I don’t have to do have marathon cleaning days (which to be honest I hadn’t done in a while) and it’s just a few minutes a day so I can spend my time on other more enjoyable activities (as opposed to spending a day off stuck in the house intending to clean but too overwhelmed to start). I promise I’m not a lazy person but pregnancy and working and climbing four stories kicked my butt. Anywho, super pumped about this! I’m just going to start with her basic monthly checklist and try to do her decluttering checklist a task at a time on Fridays and hopefully the house will be in a great shape, as well me having better cleaning habits before this baby comes in 2.5 months. Hooray! PS - Cleaning hack: use a dry swiffer to clean your bathroom floors, then slap on 2 attached Lysol wipes to the end of the swiffer and mop. Super fast and no yucky wet dust balls or streaks anywhere! Review: Sweet and Simple way to clean! - Just a couple of chapters in and already many great ideas to implement ! A great book if you are feeling overwhelmed by cleaning or want to find a simple and flexible solution. Full of good ideas, tips and charts to inspire and guide ! Now that I have finished the book and am learning to put the ideas in practice, I have discovered a routine that really works for me ! The best thing about it, is that I don't have to be perfect ... or feel like a failure if I cannot do everything every day... the routine gives you the grace to make progress... without feeling like you have failed if you are not "perfect" at it. That is what makes it so unique. I also love the ideas for cleaning specific rooms and specific parts of each room. Her ideas are earth and allergy friendly too ! This was a very wise purchase for me and I would recommend it to anyone... and it would make a great gift !

How to develop a quick and organized cleaning routine!
This book is fantastic!!! It would be a great help for anyone who is just starting out living in an apartment or a house no matter what age. I am 69 and have been handicapped for over 20 years because of spinal problems. I have been sick with other problems also and as a result I have not been able to stick to a cleaning routine as I did years ago. As a result, my house is not as clean or as organized as it should be and I feel so overwhelmed. I am limited as to what I can accomplish in one day. Some days not able to do anything. But, the way this author breaks down cleaning tasks and gradually increases tasks once you have completed and adjusted to a cleaning routine makes so much sense!!! I discovered after reading this book that I actually was cleaning too much in the past when I was able to and probably wore myself out, and dread going back to my cleaning routine. Too overwhelming! I believe I can accomplish more by following her guidelines. I have not started yet, but plan on doing so tomorrow. I did have a similar routine in the past, but would repeat cleaning certain tasks more often than needed. If anything, you will feel enthusiastic about cleaning again with her no guilt and very organized approach.

Life Changing
This book will change your habits, and so will change your life, not only for cleaning but for everything you do. It has transformed my house, my work habits, and my family's. It is the first time that I have read a book where incorporating its ideas actually caused such a massive, positive effect. Thank you, Becky! What I had been doing was scheduling my cleaning for Saturdays, it was hard to get out of my chair and get moving on it, and the house stayed messy 2 or 3 days after cleaning day. By incorporating just the 10-15 minutes a day housecleaning concept, i.e. make your bed, do something with the counter, floors, de-clutter, and laundry, then adding in a cleaning task daily with a catch-up and rest day, (I haven't gotten to the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual yet), I am no longer waiting and looking at messes until Saturday. I am moving and pulling out the broom or vacuum daily for the 2 minutes required as it is not a big, coordinated effort that I do not want to get started. I am incorporating new methods such as actually using my floor sweeper and steamer and having an additional furniture cleaning caddy. The grudge/scum is out of my sink and the grout in the floors is white, (cream of tartar and lemon juice worked when nothing else would), the bathroom and bedroom are decluttered, closets are organized, and the basement is in process - a transformation daily that adds up over time with that de-clutter just a bit each day, and go back to the same space and de-clutter again if needed. Laundry is not hanging around - I didn't believe that folding it as soon as it comes out of the dryer would be possible and would work, but it does. Hand washing got done. House projects are getting done, like painting the bathroom cabinets. The house is looking newer, homier, and well-kept. My regular work-for-pay job is moving faster as I incorporated the just do a little bit a day, immediately, fit it in there, and be focused and efficient, timers, baby, concepts. I can't wait to go through the 28-day cleaning challenge, and as our home is transforming, my husband got on the bandwagon too with nothing said from me - his spaces are sparkling now. So buy this book, implement it. I have only been at it for less than two months and I can't wait to see the house after a year. You will get moving, you will become incredibly efficient, less stressed, you may even like cleaning, yes, I said it, and you will be SO MUCH happier.

Great Baby Shower Gift
I have recently purchased many books to help me manage my chaotic life. I don't come home and sit on the couch and do nothing, I am constantly picking things up, cleaning, cooking, etc. So why is my house never clean? (This has been going on for years btw.) I am in that trenches season as a working mother with small toddlers, so my house never *seems* clean because there are aaalwaaayss toys, clutter, and "action" piles around. This book really helps address the cleaning issue I have. Side note - Buy this book for your new mom friends, so they don't end up like me because I specifically remember sitting in my clean living room with fresh vacuum marks when I was pregnant with my first. If I had know then what I know now I think I'd still have them. This book has helped me connect some cleaning concepts that I lacked understanding. I like the scheduled cleaning idea, so I am not busying myself doing something I know I'll do on Tuesday etc. "Let it go" mentality. I also like that she explains the most efficient way of cleaning things - like mirrors. I am one of those who enjoy cleaning because I like the feeling of a "job well done" and also put a lot of value into efficiency. I made a pretty cleaning caddy in my favorite colors as she suggested. I love that everything is on hand now and I can carry it from room to room easily. I also made room under my bathroom sink so I can get to it easily, without moving anything or cramming it in, lol. One of the best things I learned from her was the magic of microfiber cloths. Get some!! Life changing. I got several colors for different surfaces. The number one tip though is the clutter. The clutter. She always starts with clutter removal because - it's hard to clean with clutter around. Clutter removal takes a lot of time (for me anyway) and fully getting it out of the house to donate can take a few days. It's good to start on a Friday with the clutter removal. The "big idea" of this book is to get your house to a clean point, then use the schedule to keep it like that. I am still trying to get it cleaned! But I believe once I get it there, I can maintain it with her tips and schedule.

IT TOOK ME AWHILE, BUT WOW! GREAT PURCHASE
I bought this book last Summer. Everything made sense. I made copies of all the various checklists, & bought a special binder to put everything in. I do really well with checklists. They give me a sense of accomplishment when I "check" the item. Author organizes everything so well! At first, everything seemed overwhelming, but not as overwhelming as my dirty condo that I had let go since hospicing my parent before their deaths. I was shell-shocked & didn't know where to begin! I didn't incorporate ALL the checklists at once. I'm still working on it. But this book IS FANTASTIC! and gives ORDER to my cleaning chores AND therefore a big part of my life, since I'm 70 yrs. old & can't afford cleaning help at this time. Lastly, this book gets me into THE HABIT of cleaning by systematically SCHEDULING all the various tasks. LOVE THIS BOOK! THANKS BECKY RAPINCHUK!

LOVE THIS BOOK!!
This book makes it so easy to stay on top of cleaning your house! It has tons of charts for you to use and lays out everything for you simply and even has a monthly calendar to do things such as wash your comforter, change your hvac filter, and deep cleaning items. It has daily tasks, weekly tasks, and monthly tasks. You can even buy printed checklists for the daily/weekly tasks on a large sticky note pad from her website.

Nothing other than what you can find on a Google search.
Too basic and disappointing. It is the same content you can find on her blog. The price is not justified at all.

A great guide to simplyfying your chores
Love that the book allows you to start either with a 7-days jump-start or just go ahead to the 28-days challenge. Lots of great advice + lists during the chapters.

I am very happy with this one
I have just succeeded (almost) the first seven day plan doing no more than 10-20 minutes a day and the results are amazing. Part of my right arm is injured so doing more than that is very fatiguing for me. Great book.
