Are these washable when the stickiness starts to go away to restore it, or do I junk them when they wear out?

Just junk them but the stickiness lasts a long time. I used mine at least 12 times and they were still sticking well.

Do they fit a Mini-Masseuse?

Yes, but be sure to make note of the size of these electrodes. They are very small and are for specialized use.
