Great supplement
Itโs great. Helps mood and hormones. Give it to my husband as well. And my 25 yr old and 21 yr old. Everyone is happy.

Mood Plus
Iโm 52 in perimenopause. It hasnโt been fun. My mood is all over the place. Anger/sadness back to happy. I couldnโt take it. Figured Iโd try the natural route. Iโm on day 3 and I can honestly tell you itโs making a big positive difference already. Fingers crossed it keeps helping.

Pleasant surprise
I was a sceptic at first but it really does help with the pre-sleep wind down. Itโs no silver bullet cure but it does help, more than others that I have tried. The current prices for this product in Australia are ridiculous. Maybe itโs a good sign that itโs popular because it appears to work or maybe itโs just a typical supplement price hike that is very common here.

Heard talk about this one on Facebook, thought I'd try it, really didn't notice any difference in 30 days, so I'll do more research and see if I need to take more for a longer period of time..

Great mood stabilizer after birth
I used this for postpartum after my second child. I used Zoloft with the first and it made me a zombie. I feel more alive taking this instead!
