Kinesiology Athletic Tape, Gentle Adhesive for Sensitive Skin, 20 Count, 10" Precut Strips, Beige

I love using kinetic tape, it really does make a difference for recovery as well as doing activities with your body when you might not be I tip top shape. I hurt my shoulder working out and I could barely lift my arm when not wearing this. That being said, all regular kinetic tape would burn me taking it off event if I rises with warm soap water. I opted to try this gentle one although I was nervous it wouldn’t stay all day. It does stay and it is a really gentle removal. Wouldn’t recommend for children as it does still pull, but nothing like other tapes in the market

Easy to use. Great for sensitive skin

I love KT tape it works great reliefs my pain in my knees. I gave 4 stars because this one seems to come off super easy. I can move around say in bed with out it rolling down. I sit crisscross Apple sauce and it peels. But the heavier KT Tape stays in place never have a problem with it. I went with the cheaper one this time just to see if it’s the same and I can definitely tell you it’s not.

I've used other brands and was excited to finally have a KT Tape option. I pulled my levator scapulae. The tape went up my extremely sensitive neck to my hair line. Occasionally I would get the itchiness but no full break out. The split piece went on bottom and had no tension as it cradled the tendon. The second piece had max tension with about inch on each end for anchor. If I put it on directly after a shower it stayed for 48 to 60 hours. The second piece would start lifting where it overlapped the first piece around 40 hours. If I put it on at night and then showered the following morning it would start lifting and only last about 30 hours. I have a highly physical job that I will sweat on a daily basis. It stayed through all of it.

Used it for my baby’s umbilical hernia and it work like a charm

My skin doesn't react very well with the regular KT tape so I was hoping this would be better for me but it wasn't. It didn't stick very well or for very long and it still caused an irritation with my skin, but that probably has more to do with me and my sensitive skin than the tape itself.

I have used the original KT tape for more than ten years and it is GREAT. It always lasts at least three days before the tape starts to lift from my skin and needs to be removed. I decided to try the new sensitive skin version and was completely disappointed. I always wipe down the skin in the area where the tape goes with rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad so that I can make sure any skin oils don't compromise the adhesive. Both times I used the new sensitive skin version the tape started to come off within an HOUR and both times by the time I got dressed and moved around for a couple of hours the tape had come off almost completely and stuck to my clothes. Never buying it again. I'm going back to the tried and true version.

I have been using tapes from other manufacturers for years, some cheap and some premium. This is the first time that I had the tape roll off while putting on the trousers. Even with shorts, it came off after a few hours. An absolute waste of money
