I am the innkeeper at The Speckled Hen Inn in Madison, WI and we put up a large Christmas village each year in December and January. This year I ordered a new train and needed to expand the railroad track to go all the way around. Our guests really enjoy seeing the village every year and we love putting it together. It was very easy to add the track to the original Bachmann train track. I recommend the expansion tracks!

Perfect for my train model

Pretty good track. I like that it has built-in roadbed. It is easy to put together. It is really 'E-Z' to use on any surface, even carpet. However, though there is good quality materials in use, sometimes the rail and connectors do not fit. This is OK, you just need to try another track section. This isn't the most realistic track, you can see gaps between roadbed and also, the ties are black. there is a 'special' tie at either end of the track that is the size of 2 ties. There are definitely better tracks, but this one is a great simple starter or for use temporarily!!!ps why the hell is it only sold in 4 packs at a ridiculous price?!!!!!

My husband replaced some old track on my Christmas village with these and they work beautifully. The train runs smoothly and dies not derail like it would do on the old track. Worth every penny

Perfect - exactly what I needed ... Purchased some other random track from another site & needed these to complete the layout ... matched up perfectly the other pieces perfectly ... neat idea to build in a artificial roadbed as part of the track ... looks great once it's all in place ...

I have ho trains for decades that I pull out at Christmas, the old tracks I had were extremely frustrating and did not allow trains to work properly.These are just what I need, snap together perfectly and the base keeps the tracks sturdy during storage.
