Love this electrolyte powder. It taste great! I feel the quality and ingredients are excellent, but on the pricey side. I did not experience any digestion issues.

Omg this stuff is so addicting! It doesn't bother my stomach while still having plenty of vit C and the important stuff. I can't believe after an exhaustive search, the best thing I found was made right in this state. I wish I could afford more..To the person with low bp who gave a bad review bc of the sodium content- I add a couple tablespoons of Himalayan salt to the tub and shake it up and it still tastes fantastic! I mean, you salt everything, right? Lol

I bought this for intermittent fasting. The taste was fine but my blood pressure was very low no matter how much I drank. I didn’t want to spend the money for LMNT but decided to suck it up and pay the extra and what a difference it made. My blood pressure is now stable and my hydration levels are great. If you are doing intermittent fasting as a lifestyle change, LMNT is the way to go. All the LMNT flavors are quite good and they don’t use artificial colors. 1000mg sodium vs 200mg is quite a difference!

I work outdoor construction sites in Arizona, and the heat is brutal. For the past ten years I’ve tried a lot of products, always searching for something better. The harsh environment of framing and roofing in the phoenix sun tests your body and supplement regime to the max. This is the first product that myself and my crew have settled on, and stopped looking for a better product- because this stuff works! And it tastes good!! At least I think so. I don’t like all the flavors, but man, the lemon lime is awesome! I prefer to drink it over anything I can buy at circle k or a grocery store, so it’s cutting down on my stops during the day and saving me money. If one of us runs out during the day, we will check each others trucks, and steal a scoop or two, so buy enough to share!Not everyone likes the taste, my wife doesn’t, though she’s only tried the lemon lime. When she’s sick though, she’ll drink it, because even though she doesn’t like the taste, it is a great product and she can tell it helps

I am a 70 year old who exercises regularly. Although I was drinking plenty of water, my muscles seemed to be tighter than usual, and I was feeling fatigued after workouts. After doing some research, I found that my potassium or magnesium intake may be contributing to the cause and searched for a product on amazon. Many of the products I found had either too much sugar or not enough potassium/magnesium. This one fit the bill, so I gave it a try. The taste exceeded my expectations with the sugar being so low and it mixed well. After taking it for a month, I am feeling the benefits. Muscle soreness has gone down considerably, and I feel more energy throughout the day. Another benefit I didn’t expect is that I would occasionally get bad muscle cramps in my legs around bedtime. Haven’t had one since! I highly endorse this product. 4.5 out of 5 Stars.

Tastes Horrible! Has a waxy coconut taste...the flavor of strawberry banana is definitely secondary to the coconut, and after trying it and not liking it, I am unable to return it. The flavor is not what is represented in the Amazon advertising, so I'd like to return it. Returns not accepted, so I'm out the $38. This is another reason why I've switched most of my purchasing to Wal-Mart +

We’ve tried several other brands (several marketed here on Amazon) and found that they skimp on ingredients and use cheaper forms of magnesium that lead to major gastrointestinal distress, bloating, gas, etc., or they’re overpriced for what is essentially mostly salt. This brand uses high quality ingredients and has the right amount of salt for us. We use it after workouts (in the Florida summer heat and humidity, no less) and notice a difference- it seems to enhance recovery and reduce muscle soreness. Our tummies are happy and so are we. We won’t be using any other brands.
