My family has a genetic disposition for Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and after doing some research for ways to prevent or staunch the progression of it. My mother said I should try Lions Mane to help sharpen my mind. I saw these gummies with 9 other mushroom boosters for general health benefits. This has sharpened my mind a bit more since I started taking it, A lot of other benefits started helping as well such as gut health and digestion were more prevalent, when I when I did get sick I recovered faster than I normally did, and my body has been able to relax and not store up an over abundance of energy causing stress and anxiety on a regular basis. I would still have either but a bit less than normal. Comparing to other brand that sell their products for the same price for 60 compared to this product of 90. You get more bang for your buck in my opinion. The gummies do have a little bit of an aftertaste but it fades pretty fast and are easy to chew. They really do taste like raspberries. Not as strong bite as a raspberry but still a distinct flavor of them.

I read a lot of reviews about this product and was surprised to read so many people say it had a "calming effect." I figured there was nothing to lose by trying it. I tend to suffer from ADD and my mind "spins" out of control many times throughout the course of the day. This means I am often thinking and worrying about things even before they happen. I thought I would try these to see if they would put my brain in a state of "calm" and allow me to focus better. I noticed a huge difference in the first week, but thought it could be the "placebo" effect. I continued to take 2 (sometimes 4) a day and it's now been almost a month and the results continue to be positive. I would describe the feeling as being "chill", calm and focused. Even my husband has noticed a difference, especially with regards to my calm attitude towards work. Normally, I would be complaining, worrying and stressing but I haven't been that way in almost a month. My sleep has improved somewhat, but the overall feeling of calmness this provides during the day is honestly amazing. They taste good too! Not sure if these will work for you, but I do recommend giving them a try.
