I purchased this because I have a waist trainer and it can become uncomfortable to have on while breastfeeding or doing skin to skin with baby. I LOVVEEEDD this way better it was easy to put on and it didn’t feel like I was wearing it and still keeping my stomach in place. I do wish I went a size down because after awhile it felt like it wasn’t as tight anymore, which is normal as tummy is going back to normal size.

This is great shapewear for gentle binding after having a baby. Beyond that it might not be much more useful. I was worried when I noticed there wasn't a very easy way to get this on or off. You have to stretch it over your head or bottom and there is no other way. It's kind of like a tight compression sleeve for the middle of your body. The boning might not even be needed as it was warped and mostly just an uncomfortable addition by the third wear. Over all though the material is really great and breathable which makes it rather still rather comfortable regardless. It has definitely helped with relieving some back pain and aiding in healing diastasis recti. It could possibly help with people who are also just over weight as well as apart of a weight loss training regiment as it does offer good support to your internal organs. Even better is that this company has great open communication and service. Definitely a 5* product at a great price!

It’s good but definitely need to have a very long torso because it’s way to long to be all that comfortable. Btw my torso is not short but this is just long.

I purchased this after my recent c-section. The product is as described and gets the job. The sizing was correct. I did like this better than the Velcro binders as it did not feel as bulky and could comfortable fit under my pants. The material is more breathable. I did feel like it helped me sit up straight and provide adequate support. The metal within the binder can sometimes be uncomfortable depending on how you sit so sometimes I did have to adjust. Would recommend if you are looking for a binder with a simpler profile that is able to fit under pants and is not as bulky.

It’s so gas to put on

I bought this to help raise my blood pressure and it works well, I wear a soft tank top under it and my normal clothes over it and I can wear it all day without discomfort. It’s not overwhelmingly tight but it’s still very snug. My only complaint would be it’s difficult to get on and off.

Not enough tight for me..

I highly recommend getting this to support your stomach and back after having a vaginal birth and being pregnant. I would also recommend getting one size larger than what you would normally get so that you can actually wear it and not be uncomfortable and it can still do its job postpartum. I had a vaginal birth, and this was the best support for my diastis recti .

Can fit into my large, but it would be better on a 15yr old. Tiny sizing!

For the price you can’t expect that much! But the quality of fabric is actually great! Nice and tight however the binding structure is uncomfortable and when you try stretching the garment up/down the binding rips out and stabs your skin! However for post partum garment it does keep you tight!

This item runs extremely small. The material is so sturdy that it is impossible to wear it because you need to put it either from your head or pull it up from the bottom. Also, it’s short so it does not cover the entire torso/abdomen area.

We bought two of this same product; one small which got loose in 2 weeks; thus we order extra small we also got loose in month of time, if this was still not enough inside belt is started coming out and poking & hurting.
