The Original McKenzie Signature Lumbar Roll – Round, Lumbar Pillow

The lumbar roll is very high quality, using dense but comfortable foam and covered with well-made fabric. I use it every day for back support when sitting on the couch.

These are more firm than the other McKenzie lumbar rolls. They are more expensive but I prefer this firmness so it is worth it for me. I returned the standard one.

This came as a recommendation from my chiropractor and it works great on my office chair when I need to sit for long hours. The firmness is perfect. Only negative is that it will roll up and down on the back of the chair.

I have moderate spinal stenosis. There is significant curvature in my lumbar region. I put this support roll on top of a regular lumbar cushion. Between the two, they push out firmly against my lumbar region when I am reclined. This helps greatly reduce the tension that would normally be applied to my lumbar with just the lumbar cushion alone.

I've used this great McKenzie lumbar roll for years when driving. It's not bulky or heavy and can even be put in a bag and not take up too much bulk/weight when flying. Seats on public transport often have a dip on the back of the seat which is awful for my back, but the McKenzie fills the gap and provides me with perfect support.

This is exactly what I wanted. I already have an older one, but it was a nuisance to keep moving it round the house. The quality is fantastic as is my old one. It has a larger diameter than my old one, but that is not a problem. It is very firm, but I like that. All in all perfect, but it cost a lot more than the one I bought many years ago, that’s the only down side.

Build quality from the foam, case, flexible strap & buckles are superb. However this is not for me. Primarily will use it for car seat and its always dangling & rolling upwards or downwards whenever i lean back on it. Even though the quality is very good, the foam is too firm for me. Had a back surgery last year and im not comfortable due to its too firmness.
